Was the first picture taken from inside a prison?

 

From the outside of the secured gates--the parked cars you see is the parking lot.

 

 

OP-where did you snap the pictures of it coming under the bridge? We tried getting similar pictures a couple weeks ago, but couldn't find anywhere to park where we wouldn't be considered terrorists collecting information. @.@

I went to Fort Armistead. Its right off of 695.

Lol, looks like it, but no, it was taken from the road alongside the port. Security is very tight in Baltimore. I once saw a car pull over near the entrance, looked like they just wanted to see the ship for a few minutes. Within a few seconds, a police car pulled up. Guess they were told to leave, since they left very quickly.
