What is closed on ship while in port

I'm not sure if you're asking because you're staying on the ship while in St. Petersburg. If you are, I hope you'll reconsider. Our experience there was wonderful and a tiny glimpse into a country that we would never have seen otherwise.

No we won't be staying on board, we have booked a 2 day tour.

The "Special Features" portion of the movie "Russian Ark" will take you on a splendid tour and give you a pre-cruise introduction to St. Petersburg.

I recommend the movie too. It is a tour of the Hermitage -- a bit slow but wonderful.

Congratulations on booking your cruise. You'll have a great time.

I wish I could go along.
