RKinNC Posted March 2, 2012 #1 Share Posted March 2, 2012 Thanks for any help. 1. I noticed a price reduction and submitted the form. Normally it sends an email stating that Carnival has received my form and allow 7-10 days for processing. I did not receive the email and submitted the form again. Still no email. Is anyone else having this problem? 2. Shore Excursions: Is the price usually the same if you book the shore excursion before the cruise versus onboard the ship? I figured it was the same price. We booked the dolphin encounter for one price and I noticed it is now $5 more (not alot). Thanks again for any response.
firefly333 Posted March 2, 2012 #2 Share Posted March 2, 2012 There can be price increases. Booking them early protects the price. But they dont charge extra for booking on the ship, same prices, unless there has been a price increase. I usually wait as I have OBC to spend. EmmasNana Posted March 2, 2012 #3 Share Posted March 2, 2012 Prior to my last cruise, I looked at booking the rum tour in Jamaica. It was $5 more when I got on the ship and actually booked it. It could be the price increased before we got on and I just didn't notice it. I was like firefly though, and had OBC to burn.
RKinNC Posted March 2, 2012 Author #4 Share Posted March 2, 2012 thanks for your quick reply. I thought I would pay for shore tours and keep onboard credit for tips and drinks of the day.
