SirTomster Posted March 9, 2012 #2 Share Posted March 9, 2012 Is it best to choose am or pm whale watch with harv and marv? This is from their site: http://www.harvandmarvs.com/FAQ.html Q. Is it better to go whale watching in the morning or in the afternoon? A. History has taught us that it makes no difference. We have seen whales on 100% of our tours for the last 6 years. Being the wild animals that they are, you just cannot predict when they will be more active! They have no set time for breaching, tail lobbing, peck slapping etc. If you happen to witness this behavior, you know you are seeing something special. :) I cannot personally answer as my first cruise will be there in 6 months. But hope that link helps. Maybe some people who have done multiple trips will have a better response.

Budget Queen Posted March 10, 2012 #4 Share Posted March 10, 2012 It makes absolutely no difference what time, they are in the water 24/7. More important may be your entire scheduling for your port time?? And having blocks of time, if you have other touring interests.
