When you do the pre paid gratuities does this also cover your drinks?

Prepaid grats. cover your cabin attendant, waiter, ass't waiter and head waiter....that's all.

 

All drink purchases (whether alcohol or soda) will have 15% added to the cost as the tip.

 

If you order room service, there's no charge for the food, but a small tip is sort of expected...$1-5 depending on how much they're carrying to you.
