Cup with soda package

Hi all

 

i have read conflicting reports on whether you receive a cup when you purchase your drinks package

 

can anyone confirm if you receive a cup or not as we like to fill these cups up before we head to the beach as if we dont i will bring one from a previous cruise

We just returned from our cruise and with the soda package, my husband did NOT receive the cup.

 

He always got one in the past, but we assumed that it was because they now give you the can.

I cruised in early January and did not get a cup. I'll probably pack one of my cups from an earlier cruise.

I can confirm that, and it's been quite a while since they gave them to you with your package. I did not get one despite pleading on either of my December trips.

I have a nice insulated cup from the Titanic (museum in Branson). Would it be considered bad luck to take it with me on my next cruise?

Since they changed the soda package to canned soda rather than fountain, they stopped giving the cups.

We did get a bottle in January. We travel with a Sigg now. We fill them up once we are past security in the airports and hydrate ourselves throughout our trips.

Well that sucks about not getting a cup anymore. I liked how the top closed and if it tipped over didnt have to worry about it leaking out and it stayed much colder than it would in a can:(

 

Does anyone know if you can bring your cup on board from a previous celebrity sailing and get them to fill it up for you from the soda fountain?

Does anyone know if you bring a cup form a previous celebrity sailing if they will fill your cup from the soda fountain instead? Or if you have a drink pkg just get say 2-3 cans and fill your own cup yourself?
