What have you done to remember where the heck you are suposed to be and when? You have printed your calendar of the events you have scheduled, and you need more than that? Tell you what, hire me, take me on your cruise, and I will tell you what is on your schedule.

I have no chance not losing a printer peice of paper during a 7 week cruise. Thanks for the help tool box but I think I'll just go with the gal. What have you done to remember where the heck you are suposed to be and when? I like to create my own itinerary in Microsoft Word, in a calendar view for 10 days. I add our flight info, pre-cruise hotel and restaurant info, cost of taxis, port stops and hours there (as well as the all-aboard time), dinner reservations, and excursion info. That way I can put everything we need to know on one piece of paper. There's nothing like having all the info that's important to you in one place. ;) I normally carry it with us and leave it on the vanity, or on a shelf for our reference. Smurphy Posted March 22, 2012 #6 Share Posted March 22, 2012 On my recent cruise, I put all my paper documents (airline confirmations, hotel confirmations, insurance policies, camera manuals, etc.) into iBooks on my iPhone so I had all my information handy at all times and I left all the paper copies at home!! johneeo Posted March 22, 2012 #7 Share Posted March 22, 2012 Last cruise I lost my sign and sail card 3 times. I have no chance not losing a printer peice of paper during a 7 week cruise. Then print a second one. Have it laminated, and tape it to the inside of your biggest suitcase. Or maybe get the schedule tatooed on your chest. Rare rafinmd Posted March 22, 2012 #8 Share Posted March 22, 2012 Most cruise ship walls are steel. I take a few alligator clips attached to magnets and put my personal calendar and Cruise Compass on the wall in a convenient place. Roy
Quasar1011 Posted March 22, 2012 #9 Share Posted March 22, 2012 The daily Cruise Compass includes a list of the next day's activities. However, when you first get into your stateroom, there is a comprehensive list of activities for the duration of your cruise. It includes boxes to check next to the activities you want to do. We planned bingo, gameshows, etc., days ahead this way, and it worked fine. :)

shonandsuzie Posted March 22, 2012 #11 Share Posted March 22, 2012 To keep track of our cruise activities, we type all of the info onto a calendar and tape it to our stateroom wall. Then we all can see it at a glance whenever we want and it cant get mixed in (thrown out) with the millions of papers that end up in the room each day. You can see it up over the counter here:
