Visa points redemption "You have no eligible card"?

I have redeemed points before. I just went into the site to redeem more and got this message after signing in. Anyone else ever have this happen? I have more than 50k points and want to make a $500 payment on a booked cruise. What now? Call the cc? Call RCI?

I had the same problem. I called the customer Service number on the back of the card and talked to a person. Had no problems with redeeming points this way. Talked to RCCL yesterday to make sure they had the info and they did.

You can also call the Royal Rewards Dept. at 1-888-305-4626 and they will be happy to redeem your 50,000 points for you.

Yep call...did it this morning.....125,000 points! We payed off 99.1% of our upcoming cruise....so easy over the phone...awesome..luv that card! Only owe $186.00!
