Free Wi-Fi on Western Caribbean itinerary?

I will be sailing on my 5th Carnival cruise next month. It's never been a thought on the past 4 cruises, but now I will need to check my e-mail a few times on this trip. I know internet on board is extremely high and slow so I'd like to know if there are any good places in port that offer free Wi-Fi. We will be stopping in Jamaica, Cozumel, and Cayman Islands.

Any recent experiences would be greatly appreciated!!!

There are three ports in Jamaica. I know that there is free wifi in Ocho Rios, non in Falmouth, but haven't been to MoBay. EM
