I do splurge though once in a while with all the great food. Can anybody give me specific types of healthy food they offer at the Solarium? Thanks! liberiben Posted March 29, 2012 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2012 For Breakfast they have a huge selection of pre-cut fruit, make your own muesli, yogurt cups with fruit and granola, eggs, oatmeal, turkey bacon....we went every morning for Breakfast, it was very good. For lunch they have hot wraps with veggies and sometimes filled with fish and veggies, very good. Fish dishes, a large salad bar with fresh salad and toppings with different lettuces to choose from as well as cold noodle type salads. That is what I can remember, I know there is more. You ladle the chilled tomato based soup into a bowl and then you can add whatever finely chopped veggies thye provide to the soup that you want. It is wonderful and refreshing. We were planning on eating in the Solarium for lunch on embarkation day. But, if they don't have hot chicken or turkey (some might consider those healthy meats), then we may have to rethink our plans. We do like fish, we are just a bit picky.
