3rd timer but not since 2008 - any changes?

Hi,

 

We're off on the IE again in Aug (Souks & Sangria) Not been on board since Thomson took over. Just wondered if there'd been a refit to cabins etc or any noticeable changes?

 

Anyone done this itinerary and have any tips? We have two teenagers 13 &17.

We might find out next week about the changes..not a lot of info has come out from her winter rest..Jenny's daughter is on the good ship IE at the moment and she keeps us updated when she can..My OH looked on face book for Hayley littlewood assistent cruise director and she has updated and said there has been a lot of work done..will have to wait and see :)

 

 

1 or 2 changes since you were last on I think..they have removed the sliding roof off from over the swimming pool and added a netted play area, added a new Sportsman's bar and cut part of the Casino down to fit that in. updated all the floor covering on the outside of the ships sun bathing area and new sun beds. I'm sure there is more...it's my age you know :p

Thanks RR, I've been looking things up on Facebook (Ross and Hayley) and seems there have been some refurbishments. Hope their first journey of the season is going well!
