$400 E-coupons for early booking on Pearl- worth anything?

Hi there.

We've been told because we booked early we get $400 worth of "valuable coupons" for services etc on board. Does anyone have any idea what these coupons are for and if they are worth while?

I believe its the coupon book where they have things like, free photo when you purchase some 8x10's. Dining discounts, 10% off shore excursions, etc. IMHO they aren't anything to write home about although a few may save you a couple bucks.

The coupon books make wonderful coasters. Unless you're spending a bundle on certain items, they are useless.

The paper they are printed on is not even soft enough to use as toilet paper, but will make a good fire starter.

And, everyone gets them, whether you book early or not. They are available on line and when you get your e-docs. Very little value.:(
