Goat cheese stuffed portabello mushrooms?

Anyone have the recipe? :D I'm assuming it's pretty simple but I don't want to miss a critical ingredient. I fell in LOVE with these on the gem last week.

I had them on the Jewel at Azura's for dinner. Yum! I think they were on the every-night side of the menu, but I can't remember for sure.

I LOVE goat cheese! Sounds like we'll have to hit up the dining room during lunch on our one and only sea day.

We just booked our first NCL cruise:D. The Goat cheese stuffed Portabellos sounds really good. Does NCL offer a cook book? We have one from Carnival and two from Princess.
