redhead621 Posted April 23, 2012 #1 Share Posted April 23, 2012 Does anyone have any idea of a taxi cost from the Dockyard to Coco Reef Resort? If we take the Number 7 bus how far of a walk is it from the bus stop to the resort?
njhorseman Posted April 23, 2012 #2 Share Posted April 23, 2012 According to the hotel's web site, buses stop at the resort's main entrance:: "Bermuda’s Famous Pink Buses run regularly (the length of the island) from the bus stop at the main entrance to the Resort" My very rough estimate for a taxi from Dockyard is $45. iheartbda Posted April 23, 2012 #3 Share Posted April 23, 2012 NJH, seems a bit high.;) Dockyard is zone 13 and Coco Reef is right on the border of 8&7 with each zone being 2 miles. $6.40 for the first mile then $2 for each additional mile. But then, you're the math guy, not me.:D
redhead621 Posted April 24, 2012 Author #4 Share Posted April 24, 2012 Thanks to both of you. I just had an email from a friend that lives in Bermuda and she tells me that it is just a ten minute walk from the bus stop to the resort. Perhaps there is a long driveway from the road?? njhorseman Posted April 24, 2012 #5 Share Posted April 24, 2012 On a map it could be a driveway or a street.
redhead621 Posted April 24, 2012 Author #6 Share Posted April 24, 2012 I just did Google Maps and it looks like a street and then the actual hotel is on Stonington Circle. Thanks for all of your input.

I might be feeling a little better than I am:D;) Seriously though...Coco Beach Resort is further from Dockyard than Horseshoe Bay and even Elbow Beach...and Horseshoe Bay is going to be $35-40 from Dockyard.
