Anyone live on st. Maarten??

Hello, I am looking for anyone who lives here. I have a very odd question.

 

Two years ago we met this awesome guy who drove us back and forth to Maho, stopped along the way so I could take pictures, told us history of the island, stayed with us for the price of a Coke...and I can't remember his name. He is originally from Holland, still has family there. He was so kind and warm, even offered us a room at his house should we ever return in the future. He drove a small blue 4 door vehicle and if I remember correctly, did some construction work or house repair work as his daily job when there weren't ships in port.

 

I'm sure this is a shot in the dark. Does this happen to sound familiar to any locals? My poor memory is driving me insane. We return for a day in two weeks and I was hoping to see him again.

I checked all of our pictures and I can't believe not one has him or his car! so sad
