Luggage direct

Hi

 

I used luggage direct last year when I went on the 14 day Amsterdam cruise to Alaska. My flight was to early for the morning flight. So I took the 11:30 pm flight Friday night. I had no problems. I was on Jet Blue.

 

I am going back on same cruise and Hoping to do luggage direct again.

I went to the Jet Blue web site and It said baggage will cannot be checked 4 hours prior to flight. So know I am worried I will have to lug those suitcases with me. Anyone use luggage direct that had flights more than 4 hours before a flight

I may be wrong on this, but the issue isn't JetBlue. It is the company used for Luggage Direct. They will make sure the baggage gets to where it needs to be in the correct time frame.

 

If you were personally trying to check your bags with JetBlue more than 4 hours prior to your flight, then you would have a problem. However, by using Luggage Direct, you aren't trying to checkin too early.

You should be fine. My sisters used luggage direct for a red-eye flight and there were no worries.
