We recently booked AC on Summit.

Can someone tell be about Blu, did you enjoy it for breakfast as well as dinner.

What was on the menu?

I enjoyed Blu for breakfast on Equinox; I assume it should be similar on Summit. My favorite was the museli served tableside. I believe that the menu is available on Celebrity's website.

Somewhere on Celebrity's web site it says Blu for breakfast is a continental breakfast. That is absolutely incorrect, breakfast in Blu is a full breakfast with all the normal offerings and it is excellent.

We enjoyed every meal. The food was delicious.

The food is wonderful! I had a hard time choosing between soup and salad so I usually ordered one of each. I also love their bread base pet at dinner as well as the pastry basket at breakfast.

We think Blu is superb. We always book in Aqua Class or higher just to be able to eat in Blu. We eat breakfast and dinner in Blu. Both are superb.
