Obstructed view balconies on Explorer of the seas?

Recommended Posts

The only balconies that might be considered obstructed view are some of the one along the stern (commonly called aft cabins). There is a crisscross of beams, and it is worse on the lower decks. Some people don't mind because you get a huge balcony back there, but we didn't care for the view.

On this ship (Voyager and Adventure too), the balcony fronts are steel. On Decks 7 - 10, the steel comes up about knee height and it topped with glass. But on deck 6, the steel comes up about waist height and is topped with a steel railing, so the view is slightly more constricted.

Any obstructed views on this ship as far as balcony staterooms?

The only ones I know of for sure are staterooms 9554 and 9254. These are Junior Suites. They have some pipes running vertically on the outside of the balcony that are about a 2 to 3 foot wide obstruction.
