TV in cabins

Can anyone tell me what channels are available on the televisions in the cabins. Obviously I don't want to sit watching television all the time but was hoping to catch some of the Euro 2012 football when England play as we will be on the Ventura.

It won't be available in the cabins but, I believe, satellite permitting, you'll be able to watch it in one of the bars... but get there early if it's an England match!

You don't get the regular channels on board ship you get a selection of ones like sky news, films, a couple of local channels plus information on trips and the ships web cam.

 

If there is a good signal football is screened in one of the bars or on the ships big screen.

No, I'm afraid not.

 

You'll get a live news programme, over satellite, in your cabin but otherwise, it's episodes from various old programmes and films, as well as onboard information, all put together by staff. In your cabin, you'll get a list of what's on. Live sports programmes are only ever shown in one of the entertainment venues.

If its an England international, and they expect lots of people want to see it, they may show it in the theatre.

Apparently itl be wall to wall Jubilee on the Tuesday of the bank hol! It will be shown on all screens - and my husband was hoping we'd escaped!!
