Blu restaurant - Celebrity

Since you are in Aqua Class, there is no additional fee for Blu. In fact no other passengers can use it except for suite guests who can dine there for a fee.

It's advertised as "clean cuisine" but don't read that to mean "boring, healthy stuff". Rather than heavy sauces, they use more reductions and everything is prepared to order rather than the pre-plated items in the MDR. That means that you can easily ask them to leave something out of your order (or add something to it). Blu also has a wonderful breakfast that you should definitely check out. Overall, we found the service to be outstanding.

Since you're elite, once you've finished breakfast in Blu, you can pop into the elite lounge for a complimentary cappucino!

Where can you eat that is included on the cruise price? I am talking about somewhere you would have dinner, not a snack. When you answer consider whether there will difficulty in getting sitting or reservations to dine at the location. What I am getting from the information about dining on this ship is you have to pay extra in just about all the dining rooms. We are thinking about the Eclipse this fall. We want to have a sit down meal and be served without paying extra.

If you're in a regular cabin, you would eat in the main dining room or the buffet at no additional charge. If you are in Aqua Class, then Blu is your regular restaurant at no additional charge.

If you don't like the idea of fixed dining times you can opt for Select Dining. You still eat in the MDR but you can make a reservation or just show up when you want to eat dinner. You must prepay your gratuities if you chose this option.

Thankyou that sounds alright. We would a late sitting if possible. Paying the gratuities in advance is not a problem, just different to what we are use to on Hal.
