OPSnorkeler Posted May 17, 2012 #1 Share Posted May 17, 2012 Is there a laundry service on Princess ships? I know that there is self-service, but can one send laundry out to have it done? Also, if there is, does anyone know the cost? We will be on the Island Princess to Alaska next week. Thanks for your help.
wineforhealth Posted May 18, 2012 #2 Share Posted May 18, 2012 Yes they do have laundry service. Cost I can't help you with. Others here will report on what items they trust Princess to clean. Also be aware laundry service I believe not available while in the inland passage Have a great cruise you will love Alaska
paul929207 Posted May 18, 2012 #3 Share Posted May 18, 2012 Princess does offer laundry service. I am not sure of the cost as we are Elite in the Captain's Circle, so it is free.
paddingtonbear Posted May 18, 2012 #4 Share Posted May 18, 2012 Research only I have never used it!! This is from 2010 so I imagine it has gone up a fair bit. It takes 48 hours. For same day service it is 50% more: __________________
CFD130 Posted May 18, 2012 #5 Share Posted May 18, 2012 Two dollars to wash and the same to dry. We always bring some quarters-a couple of packets of single use laundry soap and bring a couple of dryer sheets in a baggie. That way we arent chasing all over looking for change- a vending machine that works etc. Takes about an hour and we have clean clothes when we get home-works for us

OP is asking about the laundry you send out for Princess to do.
