Kudos to Sean, hotel director on the Star.

A shout out to Sean Wurmhoeringer, hotel director on the Norwegian Star, for resolving a room problem on my May 13th cruise to Bermuda. At the meet and greet, I asked for a coffee maker for my ocean view room and got it within a hour of the request. Any room or service problems on the Star can be quickly resolved by calling him at ext. 8888.

Got to know Sean on both Spirit and the Epic maiden (where there were quite a few glitches). Very personable and responsive.

Sean is remarkable. 100% passenger focused. I have cruised with him at least a dozen times. In fact I booked the 2 day Star cruise from Tampa just to welcome him back after his extented medical leave.

Glad to hear Sean is still sailing with NCL! We met him on the Epic and he was a delight.

Wish I was sailing the Star to Bermuda instead of the Dawn now! oh well, maybe next cruise.

We are so hoping Sean is the HD on the Star when we sail in October. He truly contributed to making one of our cruises the best ever. Perfect cruise for us … Sean and John O’Hara on the same ship. Both HD’s so I know that would never happen. DINK’s from Ohio :)
