However: 1) I had to contact them multiple times to get info on cruises 2)After a week I had to call and asked when a payment was going to be processed. They had no record of the payment 3)I am on the 4 June cruise and hadn't received my paperwork yet. I went out to the website and found out I had to fill out an on-line form. 4)When I called they said they would have sent the paperwork anyway. I reminded them that I hadn't received my paperwork yet. The person check and blamed UPS (not buying that due to my 30 plus years dealing with UPS) I am looking forward to the cruise what could be cooler then travling the Mississippi on a paddle wheeler. willift Posted May 27, 2012 #3 Share Posted May 27, 2012 Had mostly the same experience as you. We're attributing it to the newness of the operation. If the whole thing goes south we must have just ignored the warning signs. I got my paperwork after requesting they send it to me Overnite. It arrived and it's mostly a form letter. It said we had reservations at the Westin (we don't), luggage tags are blank and you just fill them out. I'm optomist and looking forward to a great time, but I'm praying for patience and and an "O Well" attitude.
