Deposit for december cruise

we have paid deposit to our TA for cunard cruise which we now can no longer do . We are told Cunard hold the deposit and have chosen an alternative cruise . However another agent can give us a much cheaper price than our original TA

but we are told the deposit can't be transferred to them . Why when it will still be a Cunard cruise and Cunard have our money?

Your original TA would have to release your booking to the other

TA . This would earn your original TA "0" for whatever service

they have already provided. Don't expect it .

You are in the UK so canceling without penalty is not an option.

It is not a Cunard choice to allow .

It looks like you will have to pay £100 administration fee and also your new booking will have to be of a higher value according to this
