Does HAL provide sharps containers? If they do how do you request one?

Yes, HAL does provide a sharps container. You can ask your cabin steward for one, or call the Front Desk to request it. I suppose you could also stop in the Infirmary, especially if it's convenient to your cabin.

Our last sailing I requested one ahead of time. It wasn't in our cabin so I asked the room Steward to get us one. Two days later no container. So I went to guest services. Got one the 3rd day.:(

I thought it was on the Health Questionnaire that is handed out at check-in.

Yes, they do provide a sharps container. Just ask your room steward when you get on board.
