epic, can you recommend a mini suite?

Recommended Posts

We'llbe booking a mini suite but I've heard there are a lot with obstructed views. Can you recommend a mini suite without the obstruction?

That isn't something I have seen mentioned about the Epic Mini Suites. I can't think what would be obstructing views from them.

We stayed in 10083 & 10089 and the view was great. The only obstruction is straight down to the water because of the life boats and is the same for just about every other mini suite. The higher up you are the less you would notice it.

We were on deck 8 and loved it. Unless you like looking straight down at the water your view won't be obstructed. If you spend all your time at the buffet and pool higher up would be better. If you spend your time at the clubs, casinos and sit down restaurants, deck 8 worked great for us.

Leaving Barcelona, first leaning out to take a picture along the ship, second a picture from the balcony. We enjoyed the extra room in the mini.

I agree with the others, unless you like to look straight down all the time when cruising, you will not notice any sort of obstruction (ie lifeboats). We were in 12087 in December and loved the room. It is a MA and has a bathtub in case you are interested in that part (all MA's have the tub vs just a shower).

We had 14048, liked it so much we booked the same room for this Dec.

Its on a dead end hall right near the forward elevator (see the deck plan). Any of the minis on this short hall I would recommend. We had a room for 4, I think there are cheaper rooms next to it for less than 4.

The same is true of most balconies too.
