Steak House Confirmation?

Booked the steak house and the system was slow. At the end it said they would send an email.

 

Nothing. It has been over an hour.

 

Called carnival about it - they say they don't email or send confirmation.

 

So how do I know it went through? There is not sort of tracking.

 

This is my anniversary surpise for hubby - please help

We have always received a confirmation e-mail. If you don't have it by tomorrow, I'd e-mail the Steakhouse on the ship directly and ask for them to confirm your reservation.
