Oct. Whale Watching in Perce

We will be on the NCL Dawn in Gaspe on Oct. 10th. We are thinking about whale watching. The ship excursion is from Perce. It is pretty pricey.

 

Any one know if we will see any whales in October? From the Gaspe brochure and other CC posts, it sounds like the season ends at the end of September when the whales leave for warmer waters.

I would not chance this as it is late in the season.

I agree with maryann. It's a lot of money for a not very good chance of seeing whales.
