I received pre-paid gratuities from our TA . Does this include all the gratuities?

Yes.

It covers the "standard team": cabin steward, head waiter, waiter and assistant waiter.

 

When you buy drinks, 15% gratuity will be automatically added onto your bill. Some people leave more, and find the crew suitably grateful. ;)

 

If you order room service, although the food is free if you order from 5 a.m. to midnight, it is usual to give the delivery person a tip.

 

You are always free to add more to the "standard tip", too.
