Older Teen Friendly???

On our last Windstar cruise there was a family with two girls (maybe 16 and 14) and everyone enjoyed having them.

It's very quiet at night and there may not be other teenagers on board, so as long as the girls find that agreeable, then they should be fine.

On my Wind Surf cruise, teens would not have been welcomed by the crowd with a median age in their early 60's. That said, it was a full ship charter by a winery, so it would have been odd for them to be there to begin with.

Just back from a Windstar cruise.Very unusually, there were three families with teenagers and also a boy of maybe 10-11yrs.

No special facilities for them but they enjoyed the port visits and swimming/water sports from back of ship.

Of course, they could also watch a dvd in the cabin.
