highlandlassie Posted July 17, 2012 #1 Share Posted July 17, 2012 . Got a really good price with balcony and much cheaper that IE. Couldn't justify paying £199 each for the AL drinks package, when I would still need to have paid for cider and brandy(martell) so using that money for the drinks on the RCC Going on RCC liberty of the seas. Have had a really bad 7 months and so will the next 3 months be bad will have to sneak my Irn bru on though, can't do without my irn bru
skioncruises Posted July 17, 2012 #2 Share Posted July 17, 2012 Why will you have to sneak the irn bru on? It's non-alcholoic and one of Scotland's national drinks.;)
highlandlassie Posted July 17, 2012 Author #3 Share Posted July 17, 2012 hearing stories that you can't take your own on board, maybe they mean alchol:confused:
skioncruises Posted July 17, 2012 #4 Share Posted July 17, 2012 Oh crikey. I had to go out just after last post. Have just come back and looked at my post. Looks like I have just created a new word - alcholoic?? I don't even drink. Let's try again - alcoholic. I would think they mean alcohol. Can't see why soft drinks wouldn't be allowed. I think some people even take their water. Then again they are not Thomson ships.;) I assume you are going from Southampton. We have often looked at cruises from there but the thought of a 500 mile trip before holiday starts then the journey back home, plus more sea days, does not appeal to us.
