Sicily ....?

I cant find any info on Sicily....

 

Can you just walk from the ship and everything is there or is it advisable to book a tour?

 

What do you recommend....

 

Sorry ...we just booked our cruise 10 days ago and are leaving in 2 days....

 

am trying to reseach all the ports but its quicker to get help from you guys!

You need to give us some info. What port? There are at least 4 on Sicily that cruise ships stop at. The two I have been two- Messina and Tapani - you dock right in town. But where are you going?

We just walked the town. But others have taken tours to Mt Etna.

Seriously ? I just did a forum search for "Messina" and 10 pages of threads came up.

 

Start with the cruise line tours. They usually give a good overview of what is available to do.

 

Then try the "ports" section at the top of the page.......each port has an informative blurb about what to do, see, eat etc.....

 

Then try using the search function for the Italy forum. Tons of threads like " what to do in Messina" came up.
