They are on most of the passenger decks.

The actual location varies by deck. You can find them on the deck plans at Princess' web site.

Check the deck plans. That will show the location of the self-serve laundries. On Riviera deck, opposite R609 and R610; on Aloha, opposite A630 and A631; on Baja, opposite B611 and B612; on Caribe, between C311 and C314; on Dolphin, opposite D722 and D723; on Emerald, between E620 and E621; and on Plaza, opposite P208. Those on Caribe and Emerald deck go all the way from one side of the ship to the other.
