Confused about smoking in casino on Rhapsody

I've searched & searched but keep getting mixed info about smoking on Rhapsody. Can anyone please tell me if smoking is allowed in casino?

Yes smoking is still allowed in the casino on the Rhapsody. We did a crusie on it 6/8/12 - 6/15/12 and I smoked in the casino everyday.

The smoking policy may depend on the itinerary. Smoking is allowed in the casino when Rhapsody is doing the Alaska itinerary. However, Australia has different smoking restrictions than the US, and there may be stricter smoking restrictions when Rhapsody is doing the Australia itineraries.

They often have one night where no smoking is allowed in the casino. It is an attempt to please the opposing camps on the issue of smoking.

Sadly RCI has not changed like the other lines and gotten rid of smoking inside and sent all the bad air out side the ship. but not on formal nights

When Rhapsody and Radiance are doing Australian itineraries, there is no smoking anywhere inside the ship. Smoking is allowed on balconies and on outside open air decks in designated areas.

 

When both ships return to Hawaii, the smoking policy changes to where smoking is allowed in the casino except on formal nights.

When we went to AK there was smoking allowed in the casino everynight including formal nights.
