Go-phone for all ports?

We will be hitting San Juan, St Thomas, Barbados, St Lucia, St Kitts and St Maarten and would like to get 2 go phones as the family will be splitting up on certain occasions (boys diving, girls beach/shop). We don't want to take our regular phones so that if they get lost/drowned it's no big deal. Is there a go phone available that will work on all the ports?

I know that the AT&T Pay As you Go phones have international calling - around 89 cents per minute but I think its calling from the US to those countries. Not sure about calling mobile to mobile out of country. You should to go to an AT&T store to get the correct answer.
