Yes berths in Barcelona and if it has the same berth as last year, it is very close to the city centre. Dream gets this preferred berth because the larger ships can't get in there. If it's in the main port though there is a shuttle bus to the bottom of the Ramblas - but the port is close to the city it's just that the port area isn't good for walking although it is possible to walk in.
