We stayed at the Marriott and liked it very much. Great location, across from Florida St. and all its' shops. The only negative feature is the popularity it has with cruisers. The lobby gets very congested at check-in/check-out time. There is a corresponding effect on the availabilty of bellmen and taxis.

 

Several of our cruise buddies stayed at the Kempsinki and really liked it.

I am staying for 2 nights post cruise at the Buenos Aires Sheraton, it was organised as part of the holiday by NCL (along with 2 nights pre-cruise in Santiago Sheraton), NCL also sorted all the flights and transfers too.
