Okay, I purchased my bottle of rum from Bon Voage, can I then transfer it into rum runners to carry with me to the lido deck?

As far as I know you are free to do whatever you want with it. You didn't smuggle it on board so the carnival police shouldn't care. I'd just take a regular flask.

Sure can...that way you have more time to spend by the pool rather than running back to the cabin to make another drink.

I brought an adult sippy cup - you know, those two liter thingys with crinkle straws? I'd pour alcohol in it (from Bon Voyage), then go to the bar and order a Coke.

YES!!! I did just this on my last cruise.

 

Last year on 2 cruises I bought Bon Voyage liquor and kept forgetting to bring it with me. I had planned on pouring it into a water bottle or bringing a cup from the Lido Deck to the cabin but I just never seemed to do that!

 

On my last cruise a friend gave me couple of the small rum runners and I filled them up and brought them with me around the ship. The small ones are nice because they fit into a pocket or small pocketbook.

 

I also brought the rum runner with me when I went out in a port area.

 

 

If you do decide to bring the rum runners don't forget the funnel.....it can be a messy pour without that :eek:

This actually saved me a bundle! I brought Tequila off the ship with me in Grand Turk and bought a Margarita and then "doctored" it up when I got half way through instead of buying another (or two) expensive drinks.
