The wired NY webcams have been locked on July 5th. Is it my pc or everyones?

Nope, your pc connection is fine, or, both of ours are playing tricks on our viewing, LOL. Yes, I noticed that a while ago - Cam4 remained frozen with July 4, 2012 image - and Cam1 isn't showing anything !!

 

The website hosting is still functioning, I think, and I followed its forum link but no news/update - it's an inactive thread with no announcements about those cams going offline for maintenance, being shut down permanently, etc.

 

The lower Hudson/SI cam usually aimed at Lower Manhattan and/or VZB is working, as another poster noted ...

Thanks for the replies. The pied piper webcam on this site shows the NY piers. http://www.kroooz-cams.com/ And the USS Intrepid earthcam is locked also.

Yup, I looked yesterday for the Glory and the pier was empty I then noticed the date on Webcam 3.
