can we have guests if we are getting married at a port other then the port of embark?

If the wedding is not onboard the ship -- then you can have as many sailing and non-sailing guests as the venue can accomodate. If you are getting married onboard in a port of call, you can also have guests. However, there will be a limit as to the number of non-sailing guests that can board. It usually depends on the port.
