I thank that even JH has stopped using it. I don't know if it is used in the new surveys that they now send out to the special few as I have never received one.

I actually heard it this morning when I called to purchase some OBC for our upcoming cruise. Of course, it was after I had a problem that took 3 people to resolve, but still :p

i got the shock of my life a couple of weeks ago when i opened a page right here on cruise critic, where there was a carnival ad, shouting a price, with the verbiage,

 

"lots included!"

 

huh? is this where carnival is going? from "exceeds your expectation" to "lots included"?

 

no wonder they discontinued the comment cards. while they are lowering the periscope, they don' want anyone notice that they are taking a dive.

 

except for observant cruise critic posters!

Remember, "everything must be excellent", thats the way it used to be.

Now, "is everything ok" is the norm.:p
