How is the ride on the big sisters?

We had planned to take our first Seabourn cruise last year, plans were changed. We are now holding a suite on the Quest for this year but we need to make a decision soon. I'm not the world's greatest sailor and am curious about how well the big sisters handle rough seas. We'll be sailing the Caribbean in December and from experience last year the ride out from Fort Lauderdale was a bit rough the first couple of days.
