Book 2 Cabins Through Casinos at Sea?

Hi all,

I am planning on booking my next cruise through CAS and will be traveling with friends who want their own cabin.

Does anyone know if I do the entire booking through CAS, will they give me a good rate for two cabins?

Any feedback based on experience is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Tracy

And, it will vary based on ship, week, etc. If ship is selling well, then less reduced rooms for CAS.

Keep in mind that CAS does a reduced rate because they expect to get some of that money back from you. Just because you gambled a bunch does not mean your friends or family will. LOL!

Hi! I think it may depend on a number of variable factors, i.e., when where, what ship? I have booked a second room a couple of times and gotten anywhere from 10-20% off. There doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason to what they offer on the second cabin. We are booked in a suite for our adriatic cruise in April. We were comped a mini- and upgraded to penthouse. I called a few weeks ago to inquire the price of adding an inside cabin for the same cruise. Got a great price that basically was about 22% off then list. Called back Friday when our friends finally decided what they wanted to do, and now got a price that was just about 10% off. I figure I will call back in a week or so and see if I get a different price.

We have done this when sailing with our DS, DIL, and grand daughter. Second room was at a reduced rate based on our CAS level. As usual, took the offer and upgraded from there.

The availability and pricing of "free" cabins through CAS is just like the availability of "free" airline seats bought using mileage. They have a certain inventory on each ship, and there will be fewer available on the popular ships and itineraries. You'll find that reflected in the basic cabin offer. Depending on the ship/itinerary/sailing date you might get an ocean view offered on one, and a balcony on another.

Before I became a high roller(lol) my friends who are high rollers booked my cabina dn they got me a discount but I am not sure how much it was. Needless to say i sailed in a penthouse sutie for less than my regular balcony cabin would have cost.

Enjoy!!

I booked a cruise quite a while ago with my PCC. This is a Christmas cruise so probably won't be discounted much and since it's already booked they would know that they are going to get my money anyway. Do you think I should call CAS and see what their price would be and see if it would save me anything?

Also, keep in mind that any price adjustments will likely be made on the current listed price, not necessarily the price you are booked at, and that many special offers, like promotional OBC, may not apply to discounted CAS sailings.. But you should definitely call and find out! Who knows, it might save you quite a bit!
