Looking for more information on an event I found that is happening during my stop in Cozumel. I found this on a Cozumel tourism site, but there is no information on where it's being held.

Not a local but did find this about last year's festival.

 

"The competition itself will be held today at the House of Culture, under a huge tent to be installed, on purpose, in the Parque Benito Juarez (where is the municipal clock), will display the winning entries.

 

Simultaneously, there will be a venue of the exhibition at Plaza del Sol "
