Just as an FYI for anyone wondering about time frames..

 

I called BonVoyage Tuesday afternoon and made a large OBC payment to be applied to my account..

 

It is showing on all my documents this morning ! Woo hoooo

 

I am printing my document and dancing around my gloomy government office full of grouches .. woo hoooo !!!
