Princess website today

Trying to access the excursions section for my booked cruise and the excursions will not 'pop up'; yesterday and today when I try, all I get is a little spinning ball going around saying the excursions are being uploaded.

Help! How can I book anything if I can't access and reserve?

Just keep trying, they are having their Labor Day Sale so that might be bogging things down.;)

the signing in with name, birth info etc. is frustrating. Does anyone else find it a nuisance (yes, I know it is a security thing)

Are you trying to upload the PDF with a list of all the excursions for your cruise? If so, you must enable pop-ups for this to occur.

 

Are you trying to look at an individual excursion description and book it? If so, it should NOT give a message about excursions being uploaded.

Sign in via "My Princess" (upper right on the web site). Will need email address and your My Princess password, but no need to enter birth date or confirmation number..

Managed to book 1 excursion and then an error message came up for the next booking try. Did use your suggestions but problems still exist. If I have to will phone them. Thanks!:)
