Anyone else having problems redeeming online? This is the first time I've done it and I just wanted to make sure I'm not missing something. So this information is directed to those who have trouble with redeeming a Future Cruise Certificate (FCC). (1) Your computer must be using Internet Explorer. (2) You must turn off Popup Blocker. (3) You must have Carnival.Com added to your "trusted sites." (4) Have to use IE in compatibility mode before filling in the information. Instructions: under tools then compatibly view settings, a box will open up, you have to add the carnival.com in that box Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
