Which two nights are the formal nights?

I want to make make My Time Dining reservations for these two nights, and am having a difficult time finding out which evenings are the formal nights. Our particular cruise is a 7-day cruise on the Explorer to Bermuda. I read a review that stated that the lobster was available on the second formal night. Can anyone else confirm this, please?

Lobster, Fisherman's Platter, is usually on the 2nd formal night.

The formal nights are normally on the 2nd night and the the 6th night.

Occasionally this is changed depending on Port stops, but this seems to

be the norm.
