Evening Transportaion from Hamilton to King's Wharf

My parent are cruising on the Dawn to Bermuda and want to go into town on the ferry to Hamilton so that they can attend 6:00 pm mass. However the last Ferry from Hamilton as far as I can see leaves at 7:00 pm. There is no way they can make it 7 blocks back to the ferry terminal even if they left mass a little earlier. I know people must go into Hamilton in the evening for other things and then get back to the ship.

 

How do you get back to the ship once the Ferries stop running. It looks like a cab ride is $50 and the buses only run till about 6:30 also. Is there another way?

buses #7 & #8 are the ones that go back to dockyard. #7 is more senic and #8 runs fequently. i am not sure what time they stop running, but we were there the first week of november and we took it about 9:30. you can always contact the tourism board of bermuda....

The last ferry on Sunday leaves at 6pm. The 7pm run is Saturday only. Here' s a link to the schedule:

The last #7 bus on Sunday that runs all the way to Dockyard from Hamilton leaves Hamilton at 4:30 pm. The last #8 bus leaves Hamilton at 10:45pm...BUT...the previous bus leaves hours earlier at 5:15, so they would have to stay in Hamilton for several hours to catch that bus as there are no buses between the %:15 and 10:45 runs. A taxi is their only option...and it will be expensive particularly because there is a 25% taxi fare surcharge on Sunday.
