Food Allergies and the PG

Has anyone with serious/significant food allergies sailed the PG? Were they accommodating? Any tips or suggestions? (I will notify the line a couple of months out of course.)

I do have some serious allergies but its only to a few things so I dont have them.

I suggest you discuss this with them in writing prior to final payment and make sure that they understand your issues. I would also carry a couple ( I carry 3) epipens with you. The flights are long and its just in case you need them!

I don't go anywhere I'll be putting anything but water into my mouth without an Epi-Pen. I'm sure the ships doctor has them, if I ever need to use one I'll be seeing the doctor anyway and can get a replacement.

 

I'm generally very careful and err on the side of caution.

 

I've had various experiences on the different ships I've been on. Some were terrific, some were careless or ignorant. Just trying to get a handle on where the PG falls in that realm.
